Located near Bicester in rural Oxfordshire, WIG Engineering specializes in structural steel fabrication, steel welding and installation. We fabricate a comprehensive range of structural steel products tailored to individual specifications and designs. Working within the scope of BS ISO 9001:2015, our skilled Project Managers, Designers, Coordinators, Fabricators and Mild Steel Welders ensure a UKCA certified, bespoke service which emphasises flexibility and transparency, catering to principal contractors, end users, and prestigious projects.

With expertise spanning surveying, design, project planning, fabrication, RWC supervised steel welding, installation, and quality assurance, we ensure seamless project management while prioritising environmental impact.

When first established, WIG Engineering Ltd was originally located in the Oxfordshire village of Kirtlington until 2002 when, due to expansion, was relocated to purpose-built premises on the outskirts of Chesterton village, near Bicester, in the Oxfordshire Cherwell Valley. Our location provides excellent access to the M40 and A34 which benefits both our customers and suppliers.

Our fabrication is carried out in our modern workshop with a linked, but fully self-contained paint spraying facility; steel being manoeuvred internally by 3 overhead cranes. Separate to our workshop is our office block with a reception, further individual rooms and meeting rooms. We have more than half an acre of yard storage space which provides plenty of room for HGV access, and is home to our static jib crane plus on-site parking for over 20 vehicles.
