WIG Engineering Ltd
Originally established in 1975, and now headed up by Managing Director, John Sexton, WIG Engineering are design, fabrication, and structural steel construction experts with a reputation for quality and precision. Delivering projects across a variety of sectors including education, retail, commercial and residential. WIG is U.K.C.A. registered and qualified to supply their product in up to Execution Class 2 (EXC2).
When first established, WIG Engineering Ltd was originally located in the Oxfordshire village of Kirtlington until 2002 when, due to expansion, was relocated to purpose-built premises on the outskirts of Chesterton village, near Bicester, in the Oxfordshire Cherwell Valley. Our location provides excellent access to the M40 and A34 which benefits both our customers and suppliers.
Our fabrication is carried out in our modern workshop with a linked, but fully self-contained paint spraying facility; steel being manoeuvred internally by 3 overhead cranes. Separate to our workshop is our office block with a reception, further individual rooms and meeting rooms. We have more than half an acre of yard storage space which provides plenty of room for HGV access, and is home to our static jib crane plus on-site parking for over 20 vehicles.
