20170119_105731Originally dating back to the 18th Century, Park Place on Remenham Hill was sold for more than £140 million in 2011 and at the time was recorded as Britain’s most expensive home.  Spink Developments are developing more of the site with WIG Engineering Ltd supplying, delivering and erecting the steel for Hamilton Manor as phase 2 of the development.

Erection of 170 tonnes of Structural Steelwork in 2015 and throughout 2016. Including the Main House, Back of House and Front of House Stairs, Secondary Stone support Steel, The Colonade, Boat House, Swing Bridge, Landscape Gardening Steel and miscellaneous elements to the under Car Park and Spa.
