This is due mainly to the Company’s flexibility and innovation in successfully interpreting and executing Architects’, Designers’ and main contractors’ concepts, all at a competitive price and strictly to schedule.
WIG Engineering has modern purpose-built offices and workshop with full engineering capability. Comprehensive computer facilities cover estimating and structural steelwork design using Acecad and Tekla computer software. Our directly employed engineering teams fabricate the structural steelwork to high quality standards in the workshop and then install on site; therefore ensuring continuity of the highest manufacturing standards.
The Company undertakes small to medium sized contracts ranging up to £400,000 within the United Kingdom. Its range of projects is diverse and includes local Government contracts for Schools, Colleges and Hospitals, Church’s, Care Homes, Hotels, Offices, Industrial Units, Sports Stadia and residential houses.
The company is a member of British Construction Steel Association (BCSA) and Construction Line; it is registered with RQSC and SSIP.
Since April 2014 WIG Engineering has achieved CE Marking and holds ISO 9001 and EN 1090-1; 2009 Certification.
